The mission of the West Hartford Girls Soccer Club is to make the sport of Soccer attractive and available to West Hartford girls between the ages of 6 and 19 for training, recreation, and competitive purposes.

How to Register
Please read this if you are a first-time user for this system.
1 - Click on Register in the 'Register' menu at the top of the page.
2 - Read the notice about registration and click on 'Continue'.
3 - Provide your email address and click on 'Continue'. Within a couple of minutes a password will be emailed to you at the email address you supplied. Please check your junk mail folder for this email.
4 - Use your email address and password emailed to you to continue your registration process.
5 - Fill in all guardian information and click Submit.
6 - Fill in all required player information and click Submit.
7 - Complete the supplemental form - note that each required field is marked with an '*' and must contain a response. Click on Continue.
8 - At this point you can register additional players from the same family.
9 - Payment is made by clicking on 'Pay Now'.
10 - Complete the payment process. You will be sent an email confirmation of your registration process.
Registration Fee Refunds
West Hartford Girls Soccer League has established the following practice regarding the return of fees for any child withdrawing from the league.
Fall Season: Any withdrawals from our league without cause are refundable in full until the start of the season: August 15. Any late payments are non refundable. No refunds are returned once the first games begin.
Spring Season: Any withdrawals from our league without cause are refundable in full until the start of the season: April 15. Any late payments are non refundable. No refunds are returned once the first games begin.
All requests for withdrawal must be emailed to the WHGSL registrar at
to be considered official. Verbal requests through other league volunteers will not be considered notification of withdrawal.
Beginning with the Spring 2014 season registration, all refund requests are subject to a five dollar administrative fee.
